Run Coaching
Due to the love of my chosen sport Sheer Motion now offers run coaching. All abilities are catered for from beginners taking those first jogging steps hoping to run a 5k to the athletes looking to push to a new level and achieve personal bests in all races through to the half & full marathon.

Plans are designed by a certified Athletics Ireland running coach.
- Training should be tailored to your physiology, life commitments, goals, age and recovery ability. One size does not fit all

Lactate threshold testing available. Regular testing & monitoring will allow adjustment of training plans to ensure progress aligns with individual performance metrics.
